Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by Accordink Solutions LLP through our website, including contract negotiation playbooks, quick guides, and bundles (collectively "Products").

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital Products once the download links have been delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

This policy exists because our Products are digital in nature. Once download links are sent, the content is immediately accessible and cannot be returned.

By proceeding with payment, you expressly acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a digital product that will be delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
• You waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise apply to remote or digital purchases under applicable consumer protection law, to the extent permitted by that law
• No refund will be issued once download links have been sent

We will consider a resolution on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• Non-delivery: you completed payment but did not receive the download email within 30 minutes, and it is not in your spam or junk folder
• Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
• Wrong product delivered: the product delivered does not match what you ordered

In any of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@accordink.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.

Where a valid issue is confirmed under Section 3, we will, at our discretion, offer one or more of the following resolutions:

• Re-delivery of the correct product
• A replacement download link
• A full or partial refund to the original payment method

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

This policy applies to digital products only. For contract operations or content services provided under a service agreement, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the relevant service agreement or statement of work.
