Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and live training programs sold by Accordink Solutions LLP through our website, including contract negotiation playbooks, quick guides, bundles, and training registrations (collectively "Products").
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
2. Digital Products: No Refund Policy
All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital Products once the download links have been delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
This policy exists because our Products are digital in nature. Once download links are sent, the content is immediately accessible and cannot be returned.
By proceeding with payment, you expressly acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing a digital product that will be delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
- You waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise apply to remote or digital purchases under applicable consumer protection law, to the extent permitted by that law
- No refund will be issued once download links have been sent
3. Live Training: Cancellation and Refunds
Training registrations are subject to separate cancellation terms given the live, cohort-based nature of the program.
If you need to cancel your registration, the following applies based on how much notice is given before the session date:
- More than 7 days before the session: full refund of the registration fee, no questions asked.
- Between 48 hours and 7 days before the session: 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Less than 48 hours before the session: no refund. The session materials and playbook bundle included with the registration will still be delivered.
The playbook bundle included with training registrations is delivered digitally on payment confirmation. Once delivered, the bundle itself is non-refundable as a standalone item. Refunds under the above terms apply to the overall registration fee.
If Accordink cancels a scheduled session for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund and the option to transfer to the next available session.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@accordink.com with your name, registration email, and reason. We will process eligible refunds within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Failed or Incomplete Payments
If your payment was not completed, including cases where it was cancelled, declined, or abandoned, you will not be charged. For training registrations, your registration will remain incomplete and you may complete the payment using the link in the reminder email, or start a new registration.
5. Exceptions for Digital Products
We will consider a resolution on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: you completed payment but did not receive the download email within 30 minutes, and it is not in your spam or junk folder
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
- Wrong product delivered: the product delivered does not match what you ordered
In any of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@accordink.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
6. Resolution Process
Where a valid issue is confirmed under Section 5, we will, at our discretion, offer one or more of the following resolutions:
- Re-delivery of the correct product
- A replacement download link
- A full or partial refund to the original payment method
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
All refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement after we initiate it. We use Razorpay to process payments.
8. Service Engagements
This policy applies to digital products and training registrations only. For contract operations or content services provided under a service agreement, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the relevant service agreement or statement of work.
