Each Product is delivered by email to the address you provide at the time of purchase. Download links are time-limited. If you experience any issue receiving your Product, contact us at support@accordink.com.

We offer free resources including quick guides, in exchange for your name and email address. By requesting a free resource, you acknowledge that we may send you occasional updates and insights. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

All payments are processed through Razorpay. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase, you authorise Razorpay to charge the payment method you provide. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

In addition to digital products, Accordink provides contract operations and content services to clients. The terms governing those engagements are set out in individual service agreements or statements of work entered into between Accordink and the client.
